These are working volunteer roles, not honorary ones. Each carries a named public responsibility, a defined remit to lead, and a small, well-defined amount of work per week.

Country chapter lead Own the Fund's presence in one country: outreach to professional networks, local press, and sanity-checking entries from that market.

Sector adviser Take one investment area — IT, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, real estate — and keep its page accurate about what capital actually needs there.

Legal & compliance reviewer Review disclaimers, the conditionality wording and data handling against the rules of the jurisdictions registrants sit in.

Verification & audit Design and run the checks that stop the registry being padded — sampling entries, flagging duplicates, documenting method.

Communications & press Brief journalists and policy staff, keep the language precise, and make sure nothing published overstates what the registry is.

Engineering & data Registry backend, dashboard, exports and the published breakdowns — the parts that have to be right rather than pretty.

What we look for

Judgement, and a public name

Every role here involves being wrong in public occasionally. The people who do this well are the ones who correct the record quickly rather than defend it.

Standing in your fieldEnough professional history that your name adds credibility to an assessment.

Willingness to be namedLeadership roles are published. Anonymous authority is worth very little here.

Precision over enthusiasmThe registry's only asset is that its numbers can be trusted. Overstating them destroys it.

Two hours a week, reliablyConsistency matters far more than volume. A steady two hours beats an occasional weekend.

IndependenceNo role may be used to solicit business from registrants. Conflicts are declared and published.

A connection to PakistanOverseas Pakistanis and people of Pakistani origin, in any of the 34 countries the registry is open to.

Your full name, country, the role you want and a truthful account of your background are all required, with a link or reference we can check. Incomplete or unverifiable applications cannot be taken forward, because these are named leadership roles and the registry's credibility rests on them.
